Where to go after dark in Turks & Caicos
While there is plenty to do after dark, Turks and Caicos is generally laid back- especially compared to other Caribbean islands. Although you will find a some clubs in Provo, you are more likely to find bars with a decent ambiance than dance clubs anywhere else in the country. However, the entertainment you're after might be as close as within the resort you are staying at - a quick check with your hotel's reception will tell you!
The dress code here is like the attitude: relaxed! And dressing up is generally a choice that is entirely up to you. So whether you decide to put on your smartest shirt or your funkiest shorts, step out of the resort to enjoy the country's beach bars, live music events, dining scene, or Vegas-style entertainment.

PROVIDENCIALES
From clubs to casinos, Providenciales is where you will find lots of options for entertainment when the sun sets. Da Conch Shack carries the accolade of being one of the best beach restaurants in the world, and is the epitome of nightlife on the island, with its fresh caught seafood, drinks, and Live Music after 7pm on Thursdays.
Some of the best night time entertainment on Providenciales happens within resorts or hotels, with the large resorts offering live music, theatre performances, parties and happy hours. Club Med for example sells guest passes if non-residents want to gain access to the resort for their parties.
For an authentic experience of the local life, head to the Bight Children's Park on Thursdays, where from 5.30pm to 9.30pm, over a dozen food merchants, entertainers, and cultural acts gather for the weekly Fish Fry, showcasing a real concentrate of Turks and Caicos life in fun, family-friendly settings.
There are two large casinos in the city, the Casablanca Casino offers an array of slot machines, as well as gaming tables such as blackjack, roulette, and craps.
GRAND TURK
If you thought Nightlife on Providenciales was laid back, Grand Turk is even more so. There aren’t really any nightclubs here- instead head out for a few drinks and some live music at one of the popular hangouts.
